TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE
1. General Provisions and Parties
1.1. This document is an official offer (public proposal) of the following legal entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Contractors" and individually referred to as the "Contractor") to enter into a contract for the provision of services for a fee under the terms and conditions set forth below:
- SOLAR MEDICAL CLINIC LLC (Trade License No. 1374404, TRN), address: Al Merkadh, Sobha Hartland Waves, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as "MEDICAL CLINIC").
- KRASOTA BEAUTY SALON LLC (Trade License No. 1239386, TRN), address: Al Merkadh, Sobha Hartland Waves, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as "BEAUTY SALON").
1.2. The solar-beauty.ae website is a unified platform for booking services provided by two independent legal entities located at the same address and operating from the same premises: SOLAR MEDICAL CLINIC LLC (“MEDICAL CLINIC”) and KRASOTA BEAUTY SALON LLC (“BEAUTY SALON”). Each of these entities independently enters into an agreement with the Client within the limits of its own service category, as defined in Section 2 and Appendix A.
1.3. Acceptance of the Offer. Any action by the Client constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions: (a) submitting an application/booking on the Website or by phone/messenger, (b) making an advance payment/deposit online or at the counter, (c) attending the service at the agreed-upon time. From the moment of acceptance, the agreement is considered concluded between the Client and the Contractor to whom the selected service relates (see Section 2.2).

2. Scope and Distribution of Services
2.1. The Contractors undertake to provide, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for, the services presented on the Website.
2.2. Service Categories and the Corresponding Contractor.
MEDICAL CLINIC: medical/aesthetic procedures, including consultations with cosmetologists/dermatologists, injection techniques, laser and other hardware procedures, medical peels, diagnostic examinations – see Appendix A (section "MEDICAL CLINIC").
BEAUTY SALON: beauty services (nail services, haircuts and styling, coloring, hair care, non-invasive podiatry, children's services) — list in Appendix A (section "BEAUTY SALON").
2.3. Determining the Contractor upon booking.
If a legal entity is not specified in the service card, the Contractor is determined by the service category in accordance with paragraph 2.2 and Appendix A.
2.4. Documentary evidence.
The invoice/fiscal receipt is issued by the legal entity to which the service category belongs. Contract conclusion, billing, and liability are handled separately by each Contractor.

3. Booking and Confirmation
3.1. Bookings can be made through the Website, by phone, via messenger, or at the counter.
3.2. The Contractor sends a confirmation (SMS/WhatsApp/Email) with the date/time, service name, and address. 3.3. The Client is obligated to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the service time; if more than 15 minutes late, the Contractor reserves the right to shorten the appointment or reschedule it.

4. Medical Disclaimers and Informed Consent (for MEDICAL CLINIC)
4.1. Before medical/hardware/injection procedures, the Client completes a health questionnaire and signs an informed consent/preoperative consent form (including consent for laser, injections, use of anesthetics, etc.).
4.2. MEDICAL CLINIC reserves the right to refuse/reschedule a procedure in the presence of contraindications, incomplete/inaccurate health information, pregnancy/lactation, medication use, failure to follow the preparation regimen, etc.
4.3. Medical/aesthetic results are individual and depend on many factors; no guarantee of an exact result is given. A follow-up visit/correction may be scheduled. 4.4. Minors may receive medical services only if they are present in person and signed by a legal representative (parent/guardian), except in cases expressly permitted by law.

5. Services for Children (for BEAUTY SALON)
5.1. Children's beauty services are provided when accompanied by a legal representative who confirms the absence of contraindications and provides written consent for the service.
5.2. BEAUTY SALON reserves the right to refuse services if there are signs of skin or infectious diseases, pediculosis, skin lesions, or behavioral disturbances that pose a risk.

6. Cost, Taxes, and Payment
6.1. Current prices in AED are listed on the Website/Price List and are subject to change prior to the time of appointment.
6.2. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices may be revised if the taxpayer's status changes.
6.3. Payment options: cash, bank cards, cashless/online payments, gift certificates/subscriptions—within the limits supported by the cash register/gateway.
6.4. Upon completion of the service, the Contractor issues a receipt/invoice in the prescribed format.

7. Service Packages, Subscriptions, and Gift Certificates
7.1. Packages/subscriptions/certificates are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the document.
7.2. Transfer to third parties is permitted unless expressly prohibited by the terms of the package/certificate. Lost packages cannot be replaced without the original/code.
7.3. Refunds for packages are defined in Section 9.3 of this Agreement.

8. Rescheduling and Cancelling a Visit
8.1. If a visit is cancelled or if the Client fails to appear, the service is cancelled without further liability.
8.2. The Provider may reschedule a visit for valid reasons (specialist illness, technical malfunction, force majeure), after notifying the Client in advance and offering an alternative date and time for the service.
8.3. If, during an in-person examination, it is determined that the service selected by the Client falls into a different category, the Client will be offered a reschedule with the appropriate Contractor.
8.4. The Contractor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule an appointment for valid reasons (specialist illness, technical malfunction, force majeure). In this case, the deposit will be refunded in full or rescheduled at the Client's discretion.
8.5. If, during an in-person examination, it is determined that the service selected by the Client falls into a different category (and with a different Contractor), the Client will be offered a reschedule/rebook.

9. Refunds and Claims
9.1. Funds for properly rendered one-time services are non-refundable.
9.2. Claims regarding quality are accepted within a reasonable time after the service: for MEDICAL CLINICs - with a visit to the doctor for an examination; for BEAUTY SALONs - with a return visit for an assessment and possible correction. Decisions regarding corrections/compensation are made by the Contractor taking into account the nature of the service and an objective assessment.

10. Rules of Conduct and Safety
10.1. The Client undertakes to comply with internal rules, hygiene requirements, and specialist instructions, and to treat property with care.
10.2. The Contractor reserves the right to refuse service in the event of aggressive/offensive behavior, intoxication, or violation of sanitary standards.
10.3. Some procedures require pre-treatment/post-treatment regimens; failure to comply may affect the outcome and risks.

11. Liability and Limitations
11.1. The parties are liable in accordance with UAE law.
11.2. The Contractor is not responsible for adverse results due to individual body characteristics, failure to follow recommendations, concealment of medical information, or lateness.
11.3. Any consequential/indirect damages (lost profits) are not subject to compensation, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions.
11.4. The Contractor's maximum liability for monetary claims does not exceed the actual price paid by the Client for the disputed service/unused portion of the package.
11.5. Division of Liability. Contractual relations arise between the Client and the Contractor to whose category the service rendered belongs (Section 2, Appendix A, confirmation of appointment, invoice).
Joint and several liability is excluded: MEDICAL CLINIC is not responsible for BEAUTY SALON's services, and BEAUTY SALON is not responsible for MEDICAL CLINIC's services.

12. Intellectual Property and Marketing
12.1. All materials on the Website (texts, photos, videos, trademarks, design) are protected and belong to the Contractors/copyright holders; their use is permitted only with written permission.
12.2. Before/after photo/video recording is only possible with the Client's separate, voluntary consent; consent may be revoked in the future. Refusal to take photos/videos does not affect the ability to receive the service.

13. Personal Data and Communications
13.1. The Client consents to the processing of personal data by both Contractors as separate data controllers for the purposes of recording, service provision, billing, and quality assurance, as well as the transfer of information to payment providers/insurance partners (if applicable).
13.2. Detailed data processing terms are contained in the Privacy Policy on the Website.
13.3. Service notifications (SMS/WhatsApp/Email) are sent to the contacts specified by the Client.

14. Force Majeure
14.1. A party that fails to fulfill its obligations due to extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances (fire, flood, power outages, government acts, epidemics, lockdowns, etc.) is released from liability for the duration of such circumstances upon timely notification of the other party.

15. Applicable Law, Dispute Resolution
15.1. The Agreement is governed by UAE law and the rules of the Emirate of Dubai.
15.2. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Emirate of Dubai. Pre-trial settlement: Send a claim to Solar.clinic.ae@gmail.com with a description of the situation and supporting documents.

16. Electronic Agreement and Offer Amendments
16.1. The Agreement is concluded electronically via the Website/messages/payment and does not require a paper signature.
16.2. Contractors reserve the right to change the terms of the offer, price list, and policies; changes take effect upon publication on the Website and apply to new orders/purchases.
16.3. The current version of the offer is always available via a link on the Website.

Appendix A to the Public Offer Agreement
(Service Distribution Map by Provider)
This Appendix is ​​an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement posted on the solar-beauty.ae website. This Appendix is ​​used to identify the legal entity acting as the Provider if the legal entity is not specified in the service card on the website. This Appendix must be completed by an authorized person.

Providers:
1. SOLAR MEDICAL CLINIC LLC ("MEDICAL CLINIC"), Trade License No. 1374404.
2. KRASOTA BEAUTY SALON LLC ("BEAUTY SALON"), Trade License No. 1239386.
3. Service Delivery Address (Single Territory): Al Merkadh, Sobha Hartland Waves, Dubai, UAE.

General Distribution Rules:
- Each service falls into the "MEDICAL CLINIC" or "BEAUTY SALON" category according to the tables below. - The contract is concluded and the invoice is issued by the relevant Contractor for the service category.
- A category reassessment may be possible during an in-person examination; see the terms of the deposit transfer/refund offer.

I. "MEDICAL CLINIC" Service Categories:
Category/Service Name: Aesthetic cosmetology for face and body, hardware cosmetology for face and body, 3D facial diagnostics, injectable cosmetology for face and body, laser hair removal.

II. "BEAUTY SALON" Service Categories:
Category/Service Name: Nail services, podiatry, massage, spa treatments, haircuts and styling, hair coloring, hair treatments, children's services (haircuts, styling, updos, hot styling, makeup, manicure).
Special Instructions:
- For procedures requiring informed consent and/or medical clearance, an appointment with "MEDICAL CLINIC" is required.
- Children's services are subject to age restrictions and the consent of a legal guardian. - If in doubt, the category will be determined by the medical director/administrator during a consultation.

The effective date of the updated version of Appendix A is November 17, 2025.
